Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    • Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable. Please check product descriptions for details.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@respvita.com with your order details.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  3. Inspection and Approval:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

    • If approved, we will process a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
